April had me playing a number of shows, both solo and with my trio (Mike Younger & The Tennessee Treehuggers) in North Carolina. We especially enjoyed playing at The Black Mountain Kitchen & Alehouse, which was so very cool….
Had to outfit the van with an auxiliary transmission cooler, a towing hitch and a trailer light harness so we could pull a trailer with the PA system and drums…whew…even so it was tough on the van going over the Blue Ridge Mountains…but it’s such a very beautiful ride…check it out at this link, where we are ridin’ with The Wolf…and stay tuned for the 7th Annual American Roots Hoedown (three day music festival) starting this Friday April 29th!!

Really enjoyed your set in the round Sunday morning at Folk Alliance. That lil amp jams and so do you brother! You can’t stop the thunder is my new favorite song was singing it with coffee this morning. Thank you!
Hope catch another set soon.
Safe traveling 👊
Paul, thanks so much! I had a blast at FAI! You Can’t Stop The Thunder will no doubt be on my next recording and I’m glad you liked that one. I am working on booking all over the country. I have some band runs and solo runs scheduled in the midwest and northeast this summer/fall , and I am planning on coming out to California for some shows at the end of September/early Oct. Hope to see you!
